[Ethereum Core Developers Meeting Focuses on Glamsterdam Upgrade Proposal] At the 222nd Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developers Meeting (ACDE), developers engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the upcoming Glamsterdam upgrade proposal. Meeting minutes indicate that following the Fusaka upgrade scheduled for October 14, Glamsterdam will be the next major network upgrade. Developers proposed three key changes: Block-level Access List (EIP 7928), with its multi-client testnet expected to launch next week; Gas pricing reforms, including a dynamic storage taxation mechanism (EIP 8032); and a new opcode supporting Gas conversion to ETH (EIP 7791). Additionally, the submission deadline for Glamsterdam proposals is set for one week after the Fusaka mainnet upgrade. The meeting also confirmed that the Holesky testnet will be deprecated by the end of this month, while developers have initiated a shadow fork of the Sepolia testnet to prepare for the Fusaka upgrade.
