[KPMG Releases 'H1 2025 Fintech Pulse Report': Investment Activities Focused on Payments and Cryptocurrency] According to a report by Jinse Finance, accounting firm KPMG has released the 'H1 2025 Fintech Pulse Report.' The fintech industry in Singapore rebounded in the first half of 2025, completing 90 transactions and attracting nearly $1.04 billion in investments. Compared to H1 2024, transaction value increased by approximately 87% year-on-year and grew by 28% compared to H2 2024. Investment activities were concentrated in the fields of payments, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Transactions in the payments sector spanned both early-stage and late-stage funding rounds, while investments in cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence were primarily focused on early-stage funding. Globally, total fintech investment in H1 2025 reached $44.7 billion across 2,216 transactions, a decline from $54.2 billion (2,376 transactions) in H2 2024.
