Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov announced the official establishment of the private bank "Bereket Bank," which was proposed by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao. The bank will focus on providing services related to virtual assets and digital currency businesses. Japarov stated that the project is private in nature, with no involvement from the state, and invited former Speaker Marat Sultanov to oversee organizational work. His son, Nurdoolot Nurgazoev, will serve as one of the founders to gain practical experience. The bank plans to attract large-scale foreign investments and may introduce other shareholders in the future, ensuring a clear separation from government affairs and no public funds involved. Japarov reiterated that his family will not participate in government affairs or run for public office.
