In February of this year, Bloomberg contacted Sun Yuchen's team to compile a billionaire index. After the article was published, he sued and withdrew the lawsuit. After the negotiation failed, on September 11th, Sun Yuchen submitted another motion requesting Bloomberg to delete the relevant content. He claimed that the journalist promised confidentiality, but Bloomberg denied it. The judge also believes that Sun Yuchen failed to prove that disclosing information would make him more vulnerable to infringement, and that the Bitcoin information he disclosed was more specific.
