Welcome to the Barter Board Xchange Network, owned and produced by Barter Board Xchange, Inc. and its subsidiary
and affiliate corporations, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as "Barter Board Xchange"). The
Barter Board Xchange Network currently consists of various web pages at or linked to the URLs www.bbx.com,
collectively which may expand or change from time to time. The Barter Board Xchange Network will soon be one of
the most visited Barter Sites on the Internet. The Barter Board Xchange Network provides state of the art search and
navigation of our sites features to help each individual user locate, retrieve and manage barter information and deals,
tailored to his or her personal barter needs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new Products and Services (as
defined below), including the addition of new Barter Board Xchange Network properties shall be subject to these Terms
and Conditions.

Barter Ethics And BBX
Our first objective is to establishing ethical guidelines governing use of the Barter Board Xchange Networks, web site,
features and services. In order to maintain a a level of expectance to all participants, the following specifics shall
apply to all users:
Our service is available to persons who can form a legal binding contract. BBX is not available for use by anyone,
under any circumstance under 18 of age. Therefore BBX is not responsible for any damage done by a minor.
In the event that a buyer or seller conducts business with BBX members in an unethical manner, perpetrates
fraud, cheat, inflate prices, bait and switch, falsely advertise items, then BBX reserves the right to suspend,
discontinue or terminate the offending party's membership or listing immediately and without notice.
Fees are due and payable within 5 days of the start of each month. Fees pay only for the activities associated
with rendering a service to each member accordingly. Fees do not constitute a right to sell, purchase or list an item
on BBX, however, unpaid fees outstanding over 15 days from the due date may impose restrictions to a members access to
certain activities.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments due to BBX shall be made in U.S. Dollars. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, BBX shall have the right, but not the obligation, to accept TCredits in satisfaction of fees, in whole
or in part, and to deduct fees due amounts from a Member's account.
Barter Credits
BBX is not a Bank and there are no FDIC insured accounts. BBX TCredits are non-cash barter currency issued by BBX
to facilitate tracking of sale and purchase transactions between buyers and sellers. BBX TCredits are required to
buy and sell goods, services on the site. Members acknowledge and agree that BBX TCredits are not deposited in a bank
when added to or accumulated under a Members account number. BBX TCredits are not legal tender, securities or
commodities, and may not be redeemed for cash. In no event shall BBX be required to refund, redeem, or pay any
amounts to Member for any TCredits, or be responsible for conversion of, liquidation of or delivery in any form,
BBX TCredits to a Member.
Use Of BBX TCredits
BBX TCredits shall not be transferable unless expressly approved by BBX (Barter Board Xchange Network) in advance in
writing. A Member shall not pledge, transfer, assign or hypothecate any TCredits or interest in their Member account
in any way, directly or indirectly except as required to conclude a sales or purchase through a BBX Member.
Member acknowledge that:
BBX may restrict the use of TCredits a Member receives in a transaction for a period of time after the completion
of the transaction and thereafter pending resolution of any dispute regarding the transaction.
In some cases for an additional fee, Members may request BBX provide an escrow of TCredits. Under a BBX
escrow, the buyer must prepay both fee and TCredit amount to be held in escrow by BBX. Seller has 10 days to deliver
a satisfactory settlement to buyer and notify BBX of delivery time. Buyer has 24 hours to complete the acceptance or
rejection portion of the escrow prior to the automatic release of TCredits to the seller. In all cases, without
exception, delivery, acceptance, return or costs associated with same are solely the responsibility of the buyer and
seller.
In the event of a Members failure to pay outstanding fees owed BBX, BBX reserves the right to offset or apply
TCredits or other funds owned by Member against any payment, line of credit or other obligation that Member may incur
arising out of or relating to service or obligation to BBX.
BBX at its discretion may cancel, freeze and/or otherwise restrict a Members access to the service and/or TCredits
for a breach of this Agreement, a lawful demand by a government or other authority or a default by a Member for any
outstanding obligation owed to BBX.
TCredits fees are immediately deducted from Member's account as required by the Member account level and the
value of the transaction. The TCredit fee will be charged to the purchasers account and the cash fee portion associated
with the transaction is due and payable in cash on the next billing period.
Lines Of Credit For MemberShip Accounts
As stated previously, BBX is not a bank. Under certain circumstances and from time to time, BBX offer certain incentives
to Members to stimulate activity and increase Member participation. One method most common employed by BBX is the establishment
of a line of credit on certain types of accounts.
Line Of Credit Availability:
BBX currently offers a non-cash barter currency, line of credit of $1000/TCredits when a person applies for the
"Full Service Account" and pay the $395.00 fee at the time of application.
From time to time BBX may offer a line of credit to Members that have Goods, Services or Products readily consumable
by the general membership. Requesting Member pay an origination fee based on the amount of the line of credit requested.
Cash Fees On Sales And Purchase Transactions
Some BBX accounts have both a Cash Fee and TCredits Fee associated with them. Cash Fees are due and collected automatically
on the 1st (first) business day of each month. Fees are charged to the Checking Account or Credit Card Account registered
by each member at the time of applying for a BBX Member Account. From time to time a Member may change the type of payment
account on file through the Member control Panel.
Member Agree To:
Maintain, at all times, a valid Checking or Credit Card Account through which the Cash Fees can be paid.

General Disclaimer and Disclosure Regarding BBx Services
BBX, (Barter Board Xchange. BBXchange and/or Trade4It.net) is only a service being provided to its legitimately registered
client base, Members. BBX is not a party to or involved in actual Barter/Exchange transaction between a buyer and a
seller. BBX cannot control whether a selling Member will actually sell his/her goods or services or the buying Member
will actually conclude a transaction. Members agree that by using BBX's Intellectual Property, Services or TCredit
feature, you unconditionally release BBX from any and all damages that may result from anything and everything. By
using this site, you understand the risks involved with trading in general, buying and selling goods or services for
Cash or trade online, such as foreign nationals, minors and false identities, non-performance by either party to a
transaction and/or other problems, which may arise from time to time.
Registration
BBX requires it's users to complete a brief registration prior to posting an ad, auction, or bidding on an item. We do
this to ensure that persons utilizing our service are acting in good faith. Persons registering agree to provide accurate
information. Persons found to have provided inaccurate information will be removed from the members database. Flagrant
acts of dishonesty will result in users being barred from future use of the service. BBX records the ISP address of
every registered user, and will report dishonest behavior to the persons ISP, OSP, or HOST. BBX does not release
registered user information to third parties and this information is not used for marketing purposes.
USER AGREES THAT IF BBX IS PROVIDED WITH A FALSE OR INCORRECT FEDERAL TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, OTHER
TAX INFORMATION OR SIGNATURE OF USER, USER MAY BE LIABLE FOR PERJURY OR OTHER OFFENSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
FEDERAL LAW, FRAUD OR MISREPRENTATION, AND BBX HAS THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND USER’S ACCOUNT.
UPON ACCEPTANCE as a MEMBER of BBX, I/WE [Applicant] AGREE:
To offer products and/or services for trade credits only, at prevailing prices, to other Members in good
standing.
To pay BBX a one-time set-up fee of $395 or monthly fee of $19.95 and cash transaction fees stipulated by
the account selected on all purchases. Transaction fees are applied to the gross value of each trade
transaction with other BBX Members and/or their Barter exchange affiliates. Every transaction involving
BBX TCredits shall be commissionable.
That applicant recognize and grant BBX the right and power to regulate and control the number of outstanding
TCredits with BBX.
That applicant recognize and grant to BBX, and those having an ownership interested in BBX, the right and
power to borrow from the exchange and spend within the exchange system, an amount which shall not exceed
one (1 ) year's gross receipts by BBX. Such borrowing will be sufficiently collateralized by specifically
pledged assets within the system.
That applicant has read the BBX Terms and Conditions, that they are binding upon us fully as the conditions
and provisions of our Membership Agreement. In the event this Agreement is initiated on behalf of a Corporation,
the individual signing the Agreement on behalf of the Corporation does hereby agree to be individually liable
for full performance by said Corporation on this Agreement.
We have made selling fun and easy on BBX's online Barter service. When registering, list your business type and category
to be posted in the main directory listing. Then, create a Classified ad, Auction listing or Wanted ad by filling out
our simple online Listing Form. Review your ad listing for accuracy, and submit items at the click of a button. We do
require our sellers to ensure that titles, descriptions, and prices represent items honestly to the best of the sellers
knowledge at the time of posting. BBX does not allow the posting of items which would be offensive to others, nor do
we allow any item which by content, description, or representation is pornographic in nature. We prohibit the posting
of any item which is illegal, including items which are represented under a name which is trademarked, (e.g., You may
not sell a watch which bears the name Rolex; if you know that the watch is a fake). Sellers assert that all items posted
on our service are free from liens and or encumbrances unless so stated in the description.
Sellers, Posting and Advertising
Sellers agree that once an item is listed, and a legitimate offer is recorded, they may not back out of the sale or
remove a listing, except under dire circumstances. Sellers may have their items removed from a classified or auction
the listing, if the item has received no offers. BBX maintains the right to remove any listing deemed not suitable in
its sole discretion. Otherwise, sellers agree to sell the posted item to the buying member or in the case of an auction,
the highest bidder. Sellers may not manipulate the bids or offers on their own auction listing either by use of third
parties, or acting under an alias.
Buyers, Responding To Advertising and Member Services
There is no better place to advertise or find trade deals than BBX. Bidding on an item is as easy as locating the item
of your choice, reviewing the items description, and placing your bid by filling out the bidding section of the auction
item or contacting the seller of a regular category service. Buyers should email the seller with any questions prior to
placing an order or bids. This can be accomplished by clicking on the sellers username on the ad listing. The username
is located in the information box near the top of each ad. Once a buyer places a bid on an item, and they are notified
by the seller that they are the acceptable buyer, they must follow through with the purchase. Bid retraction may be
considered for instances of dire emergency. However, bid retraction must not be abused. Reasons for bid retraction do
not include not having enough money to pay for the shipping of the item, or finding a similar item for less from someone
else.
Barter Auction Bidding
Once you decide to make an offer on an item, bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay for it! Don't worry about
being outbid. If you are outbid, you will receive an e-mail notice automatically which will let you know what the high
bid is, and also provides a link for you to return to the item if you are interested in increasing you bid!
If you are the high bidder, you will be notified via e-mail immediately following the close of the auction. You should
contact the seller within 3 days to make arrangements for payment, and shipping of your purchase. Sellers have the
option of contacting the next highest bidder after 72 hours, may opt to sell the item to them.
Rate Your seller, Let Others Know Of Your Experience
Once you receive your item, return to the site and complete the "Rate our Sellers" form. Rating our sellers
helps everyone by ensuring that sellers maintain the highest standards. If you have any conflicts with a seller, you
should first attempt to contact them. Sometimes, e-mail is not the best way to communicate. If after you have exhausted
all reasonable means to resolve a dispute, fill out the feedback form on our site. We will investigate the matter and
render a final decision within 72 hours. You will be contacted within 48 hours, if we have any questions for you.
Responsibility
BBX is strictly a Barter Exchange Service. We are not responsible for the merchantability or fitness of any item posted
on this service. The buyer and seller assume all risks associated with the use of this system. BBX is not responsible for
any damages, including damages that result from, but are not limited to, negligence. BBX cannot be held responsible for
consequential damages, including but not limited to: system problems, inability to use the system, loss of electronic
information which affect the auctions, acts of god, nor any other act beyond our reasonable control. Users of BBX agree
to indemnify and hold harmless, BBX, it's owners and agents for any incident of loss or damage as a result from using
this system.
Privacy Of Stored Information
The release of any users personal information for reasons other than those specifically connected with this service are
prohibited. BBX expects all users to protect the privacy of it's members. BBX cannot guarantee that we will discover
inappropriate use of this system. BBX reserves the right to terminate ads or auctions that do not meet our standards
or violate any of the rules, terms, or conditions of this service with or without notice to the users.
PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS
The rules and terms and conditions as set forth herein supercede any previous agreement between you and BBX. No person,
including persons acting on behalf of BBX may modify, in whole or in part, any statement made herein.
