Barter Ethics For Trading On BBXchange
Here are the determining facts governing trades between BBXchange Members.

1 - All Goods or Services I sell will be for 100% BBX TCredits.
2 - All items I sell to other members will be legitimately owned by me.
3 - I will accurately describe items as capable of doing what I say it will and in the condition I represent.
4 - I will not offer fire arms, contraband materials, drugs or any item illegal under Federal or Local Laws.
5 - There is a Cash fee on all transactions, when I am the buyer, I agree to pay the 5% or 10% cash service fees on all purchase I make.
6 - All barter transactions between a buyer and seller is conducted on a voluntary basis. BBXchange and BBX.com bears no responsibility for the price of, quality of goods or services, delivery, warranties, or any problems that arise from my transactions.
7 - BBXchange is a Third Party Record Keeper of barter transactions and as such, is required to report all appropriate income to US Federal Tax authorities. As a BBXchange Member you agree to pay all Federal, state, and county taxes on your transactions. [This requirement may not be applicable to non-US individuals or companies].

BBX.com is owned by BBX LLC and provides a web based Barter Service to the Barter industry at http://www.bbx.com. BBX (Barter Board Xchange) service outlets are available here at BBXchange and our community services through BBXlets.

This site http://www.bbx.com is our worldwide service center since 1985 and is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and user friendly experience for novice traders and professionals alike. As with anything concerning any kind of transactions, there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms and conditions before joining. If you review or interact with any listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this web-site as stated below please let us know by contacting us.

Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that BBX & BBXchange, in its own discretion, may terminate any listing or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying user. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further.  If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your listings through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you are entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
BBX/BBXchange is a fees base service and charge a nominal transaction fee on all transacted through this site. Membership to this web-site is only available to individuals or businesses that can form a legally and binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under 18) to register.  If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

General Terms.
This site acts as the window for sellers to conduct sales through CLASSIFIED ADs, BUSINESS SERVICE listings and WANTED listings. Only registered members in good standing may transact with a buyers for the outright sale on a sellers offered listings using our private currency, BBXchange TCredits as the medium of exchange. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items other than what our accounting system reflects at the time of a purchase inquiry. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have made an offer on. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses.

BBX BBXchange shall not be responsible for any items sold by members, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. BBX BBXchange shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained from other members.

BBX BBXchange assumes no liability for the content of any listings. However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can within the laws of the United States of America and the State of Arizona.

Laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of  United States of America and the State of Arizona and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of the United States of America and/or the State of Arizona.
